THE CHALLENGE .

Barberà Films, an audiovisual production company with a solid track record in advertising campaigns, needed to redefine its identity to regain relevance in a competitive market. The creation of Loftstation, a sister brand focused on production and post-production, had diluted its positioning, creating confusion and a loss of prominence.


The main objective was to reposition Barberà Films as the flagship brand, highlighting its ability to lead 360º projects, from large-scale campaigns to high-impact digital content. The rebranding focused on differentiating Barberà Films from Loftstation, highlighting its role as a comprehensive production company. The new visual identity is based on a logo designed to convey strength and modernity, inspired by cinematic and graphic elements that reinforce its experience and leadership. The elongated "F" symbolizes projection and consistency, while adjustments to the typography and color palette create a clearer, more versatile, and memorable identity, adapted to new communication formats. We reworked the typography to give it that character of talent, professionalism, experience, and consistency.


The new logo tells a story through small, meaningful gestures. We lengthened the F and retouched the diameter of the Bs, effects that simulate the classic film reels used to store stories. We opted for a combination of black and white. Not content with that, we created a color palette to help recognize the production company's different styles and formats. A palette that perfectly represents the different film strips used in a shoot. A palette that, like the film strips themselves, represents a function within any production.

The production company Barberà Films needed to redefine its identity to regain relevance. The creation of Loftstation diluted its positioning. The challenge: to reposition it as a parent brand and leader in 360º projects, from commercials to digital content. The new identity draws on cinematic elements.
We communicated its history and message more precisely. We integrated the different disciplines into a recognizable parent brand.
