THE CHALLENGE .
Selvática is an artisanal ice cream shop with a storefront and workshop for distribution to gastronomic establishments. It was founded in 2018 by Natalia Ramírez, a pastry master and artist who began her studies in Colombia, settled in Barcelona after completing her studies in restaurant pastry at the renowned Espai Sucre school. Interested in perfecting her ice cream-making technique, she traveled to Bologna to attend Carpigiani Gelato University, where she discovered her true passion.
Through the opening of her first establishment in the Catalan capital, Natalia expresses her continuous research and innovation to offer the best Italian-style ice creams and sorbets, both through classic recipes and surprising flavor combinations that demonstrate ingenuity and taste, as well as extensive product knowledge. She never hesitates to turn to spices, flowers, tropical fruits, or fresh ingredients from the Mediterranean garden to enhance flavors and captivate palates with unique offerings. It also stands out for creating numerous vegan options and for its ability to adapt perfectly to the needs of the restaurants it supplies ice cream to.
Like a drawing, this logo represents the brand's more human and artisanal side. The condensed letters help stylize a multi-letter name, preventing the logo from becoming too horizontal. The fact that they join and overlap makes it compact and more cohesive, without leaving empty or overcrowded spaces.
The predominantly curved shapes, also accompanied by fruits and brightly colored shapes, create a cheerful, lively, and summery brand.
